Indymedia Ireland is built on the foundation of an open and democratic newswire. We want to see and hear real stories, news, and opinions from users of the site around the country. Since the number of projects has started to grow and become more ambitious, a group has now been founded, the Independent Media Support Group, independent of the Indymedia website, to support this work and help to set up other similar independent media projects.
